How can we do for working overtime but without pay?

overtime but without pay, It's always happens in our work, we just work for monthly pay ,
so it's natural that we have to finish what we shoud do, on the other hand I like overtime
coz I find I have nothing to do if I back to dorm at nigt, I like to stay in the office (I can  browse
the internet and get many useful informaton & the knowledge, of course we can help others
to translate or solve theirs problems, , I'm happy to do so........

i hv never OT for nothing b4.
and i don't thing it will makes you become more responsible if you OT for no pay.
i'm about to resign my job, maybe i won't be here typing english for a long time .
i hate use english right now ..

actually,overtime without pay is my current job,as our salary is also monthly pay,although i know when i chose this job,my heart is unpeaceful.i have nothing to do at daytime,why need 2 hours overtime?i want to more spare time to control by myself.rest or play are all up to me.

I work in ZTE.
And work overtime is a normal thing there.
I get accustomed to this condition.
